Create a cross-border medical service brand-MediBook
A Warm Medical Service Platform
Development
2019-2022
In the year after its founding, MediBook quickly broke into Hong Kong’s core medical circle and successively formed strategic partnerships with leading institutions such as EC Healthcare, Newborn Medical, and Hua Jian Medical, officially providing medical appointment services to mainland users. With a solid partner foundation and a transparent appointment process, MediBook gained a firm foothold in the mainland market.
From 2020 to 2021, while the cross-border medical industry was hit by the pandemic and generally shrinking, MediBook instead achieved counter‑trend growth. Through proprietary technology, it upgraded its platform. By the end of 2021, it had accumulated over 10,000 registered users, established partnerships with institutions such as Shenzhen Vista-Sunking International Medical Center, and began expanding its supplier network from Hong Kong to the mainland, Southeast Asia, and even the Americas. In 2021, MediBook APP 2.0 was officially launched, upgrading from a simple vaccine appointment platform to a one‑stop health appointment platform covering HPV vaccines, childhood vaccines, health checkups, specialist doctors, and more.
In 2022, facing a difficult epidemic prevention environment, MediBook quickly responded to user needs by launching an “outbound nucleic acid testing service.” It helped nearly a thousand compatriots return to China safely, demonstrating the team’s execution ability and sense of social responsibility under extreme conditions.
Expansion
2023-
In 2024, MediBook further deepened its cooperation with high-end medical institutions in Hong Kong and officially reached a strategic partnership with Hong Kong Gleneagles Hospital, providing mainland users with higher-quality and more reliable private hospital appointment services. In 2025, MediBook successfully established a partnership with Macau Silverknight Hospital, extending its service network to Macau and achieving full coverage of core medical resources in both Hong Kong and Macau.
Today, MediBook has grown into a cross-border medical service platform headquartered in Hong Kong, serving clients from Mainland China.
