From 2020 to 2021, while the cross-border medical industry was hit by the pandemic and generally shrinking, MediBook instead achieved counter‑trend growth. Through proprietary technology, it upgraded its platform. In 2022, facing a difficult epidemic prevention environment, MediBook quickly responded to user needs by launching an “outbound nucleic acid testing service.” It helped nearly a thousand compatriots return to China safely, demonstrating the team’s execution ability and sense of social responsibility under extreme conditions.
