As the Founder and Chairman of MediBook, Dicky holds a Bachelor degree of Business Administration from City University of Hong Kong. With decades of working experience both in the medical and finance fields, he is a representative figure in China’s overseas medical industry. In 2018, he began to enter the field of "Cross-Border Medical + Internet" and founded the cross-border medical service platform MediBook.

Justin is the Partner as well as the Director of Finance and Strategic development of the company. He is responsible for expanding international medical cooperation. Prior to joining MediBook, he held managerial roles in PricewaterhouseCoopers Financial Services, where he specialised in hedge funds, pension funds, private equity funds and cross border tax advisory. He graduated from the London School of economics, majoring in economics, finance and environmental policy. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public accountants.

Vicky is the Partner of the company. She has been working closely with Hong Kong medical professionals and experts for years. Since the establishment of the company, she has successfully established good cooperative relations with many hospitals both in Hong Kong and overseas such as Thailand and the United States.
